6 - 27 - 2022 Fishing Report. 

Man time has gotten away from me  as my last post has been sone time back. 

Lake fishing has been good for the most part. I’ve had mostly good trips with numbers on sone days and big fish on others. There are those days we’re it is just hard fishing. 

Crappie trolling has slowed down as the fish are scattered. Shooting docks will produce on sone days but it’s hard for sone people to do. 

Lake is 659.6 and temp is around 83% color is clear to lite stain. They will slow down the water soon. Truman is 706 so they will keep the lake full so they can generate electric if they need to. 

I’ll be fishing below on the river for the next few weeks it’s a good way to get away from the big boats and jet skies. My grand daughter has said she wants to go so if she will get up we’re going.

 7 - 27 - 2023 Fishing Report It the end of July and believe it or not the lake is full of water  and in the mid 80’s . Fishing has been good for numbers with a few good bass at times  shaky heads, jigs and drop shot have worked  we have to get out early to get the bite but that sumner fishing   Crappie are in 20 to 35’ deep brush and docks  they too feed early but you can catch them if you can get to them  I’m doing four hour trip and by the end fishing slows way down so people are ready to find a cooler place to be

 11 - 23 - 2022 Fishing Report  Been out fishing the last three days. Monday and Tuesday it was windy but in the 50’s. Got  most of our fishing on Chompers Jigs and top water. The fish are biting soft even on the top water. Wednesday was totally on a Chomper jig. The wind didn’t blow till later in the afternoon so I wasn’t  able to find a top water bite. We did manage to find some nice crappie so we finished the day catching them.

 9 - 27 - 2022 Fishing Report  Monday the 26 I trolled crank baits for a few hours and boated about twenty crappie. Went out Tuesday and did the same thing only up the lake twenty mikes and  only had eight crappie. On the way back we talked about the day. We think the wind was the difference no wind to push the Shad to the bank.
